The jetski guy towed the guy in a little too deep and couldn't pull out. If you look in the lip you can see the guy in the whitewash. Both were unhurt. The surfer said he had to duck and if he didn't he would have gotten hit.

This was actually shot in Teahupoo, during the surf competition. This wasn't tow in surfing, the guy on the jet ski is a lifeguard that was staying too close...
