up here we dont have the fastes going to the sprints for whatever reson thats why I ask who would be the fastes?

They always use a cockpit style canoe for the sprints. maybe for controlling the canoe with your feet i like the speed of the hurricane. I am not sure how it would do without a rudder.

goto, because of the opposing Coriolis affect on the northern and southern hemispheres 500m can be longer in some place and shorter in others. Didn't you know that? This has to be one of the lamest threads ever.

just kickin time till seson starts.500 longer? Becouse of the rotation of the planet? metric system? I bet its you poop . I was just wondering who the big guns were when it came to regatas on the isl.at our regata last year we had a guy do 1:45 on a Kayak.I think somone got 2:15 in a OC1 Im not sure.we had a real good tail wind so much so the boues we floating a little.
