It sucks being out of country for the OC-1 season. However, I hope to back in time to join you for the Portland race in March. Congrats on completing your first race. That's always a good feeling.

That was a fun day. It was my first time back in the water paddling in round about 11 years. Had a blast meeting everyone and getting in the double hull (un-official). I was not expecting to paddle 6 miles when I got up that morning, I had no idea it was race day when I showed up. Nothing like diving right back in!

Hey Mulus, I do plan to paddle next week at Jericho. Do you know of any reasonable hotels in the area? I don't want to deal with the border crossing the morning of the race.

Jerico race was great. I won a camera. there was no rain or snow so that was good. a little wind . I had fun. lots of guys.
