Bent Iako bolts

I have a bent Iako bolt on my ama. Any suggestions on a fix, method of straightening, replacing the bolts or ama...

Heat the bolt up being careful not to overheat the surrounding laminate or the epoxy its potted in. Grasp with vise grips and unthread. Drill out hole with 3/8" bit....be careful not to go to deep, out the bottom. Cut 3/8"-16 all thread (stainless) to desired length ( measure what you took out). Clean off oils on all thread. Tape off threads that will be above the ama surface. Not a bad idea to grind a flat spot on the part that goes into ama. Mix epoxy with cabosil to peanut butter consistency. Use q-tips to smear it around inside hole, smear some epoxy on threads that go into hole. Push all thread into hole. Roll up a wad of glass or rag to put over end of bolt. Run tape across top and around, under and back over bolt to keep it from lifting while epoxy sets. Clean off over flow...use denatured alcohol. Wait 12 hours and paddle.
Cheers
