Is anyone participating in the Keahiakahoe Canoe Clubs Con3 Run One-man Race? I am trying to find out how long the courses are (mileage). The long course is from Kailua Beach to Kualoa Beach park and the short course is from He'eia to Kualoa.

kailua to kualoa about 13-14 miles........
heeia to kualoa about 5 miles
