you should contact goto, he is washington, and sometimes paddles in the seattle area. if you are moving to DC, then never mind, he isn't there.

gmriley, there's this guy named goto in seattle, I think he's on this forum too, he probably can hook you up with a boat. There's also another member, faum... something or another, who was selling a 2-man also. You might want to look into that.
