Where can I get replacement bungee thats behind my seat? Its all stretched out and will no longer hold anything?

I would try a hardware store such as ACE, or a store that sells camping and mountain climbing equipment. They usually carry shock cord that you can buy by the foot. If nothing can be found, REI sells 1/8" shock cord through their web site.

You can get the 1/8" bungee at Go Bananas, Kapahulu or Aiea
