It sure as hell wasn’t for money. Nor was it for the prestige - since this race was virtual and hardly anybody was doing it. But for whatever their reasons were, these “trendsetters†can definitely take pride in knowing that if this race takes off in the future as an official race, they were the first to do it! “Hats off†to those who did it.

betwen 7 and 8 hours of channel crossing in one weekend, thats solid!!!!

Awesome. Maybe this is the start of a Super Aito in Hawaii. Add in the Keanae run or Makapuu on either end and it could be epic. I think you talked about that sometime before Peter.
