That is Puniÿs new canoe! Was it missing after it got here or before it left Oÿahu? The reason is, a Puffy ama got ripped off last year once it got to the Big Island. Check reciepts when you see those with a Pegasus. No receipts.... thereÿs your stolen boat.

Hope you get it back Puni!

Bummer!

Do you think it was lost on Oahu or on the Big Island?

Maui also had a trailer there after the race and I remember a white canoe on the top rack of our trailer, but I don't know what happened to it. I'll follow up here on Maui and let you know what I find out.

Yep, its Puni's alright, canoe was in the middle of the trailer, someone worked pretty hard to get it out. Pretty sure it was taken while in Oahu, Last time canoe was seen was in Oahu when loaded on trailer, Canoe was noticed missing when trailer was picked up at Kawaihae.

Thanks for the help

MCP121,,,,,

Is the photo of the actual boat? Stickers and all ?

Just want to clarify .... mahalo.

Besides above ... any weird scratches, nicks, or marks on it that you can speak of ?

Just wanna know as white boats are white boats ..

Don't worry, it will come up to the surface na.

Aloha,
pog / hilo

Hey guys, thanks for all the help in trying to find punis canoe. There's no scratches or dings on it. It was first used in the maui-molo, then PA'A solo, and relay. The stickers on it are, the black pegasus and kai wa'a, red tui tonga and red moku nui on ama and canoe, black Ksport on canoe, green molo solo #080, and molo relay sticker orange with black #9. Heres some photos that might help give you a visual. As mcpi21 said we just want the canoe back, besides the value, it was puni's first solo, so theres alot of sentimental value to that canoe.

Thanks again everybody.

Just to cover the basis, might want to check Craigslist as well periodically...

craigslist is smart.
we found 3 stolen computers from our school on craigslist yesterday.
check serial numbers and have receipt ready just in case.
