These threads are getting weaker by the day... whatever happened to the days when Jim stuck his foot in his mouth on a daily basis and when all the china boats were getting bashed by nearly everyone and then defended by "anonymous" bloggers and the endless threads of wisdom posted by rambo. Now we're stuck with a fued between two jack asses and some "elite" flat water paddler proffessing the "chine effect" like he was passing on intimate wisdom from god himself.

Don't get all butt hurt Jim, I wasn't trying to mess with your rep on this site, but if memory serves me this time last year you were talking alot of shit about Danny Ching not finishing the molo solo with out a any knowledge of the situation and you went on to talk shit about Cali paddlers. Everyone from what I can remember basically shut you down, telling you to get the facts before sticking your foot in your mouth. Since then you've been on your best behavior and even ensightful at times.

As for you Truckstop-maybe you Californians think I was "shut down", but there are many who agreed with my analysis privately but were intimidated by the seething horde of Ching fans. If you read carefully, you'll find that my comments were as "ensightful" then as they always are.

Paddling in AZ. You don't know what tough is till you paddle when its 125 and the water is in the high 90's. You know what kind of stuff grows in body temperature water. Scarier than the Ala Wai.

thanks jibofo. at least ur boat is on ur car like ur either about to paddle or just went paddling. thats more than some people on here can say. and i feel ur pain about the heat. i live in hawaii and ran cross country in high school. im visiting florida and ran today for less than 2 miles and almost died of heat exhaustion...
