A friend of mine in tahiti said the paddlers who competed at the world sprints did not do the super aito because of lack of rest time.

2 very different races...
some of them trained for month only for sprint races. They just didn't feel ready for a marathon (Papeete to Moorea to Papeete).
Taaroa Dubois was one of them. He's young AND clever, he will surely win this race in the next years. No need to hury things.

BTW there are some mistakes in the results... Will correct them soon.

Iaorana Hiro C.,
This is Emili.... Could you get the results for each race separately somehow?
I bought the newspaper, but I forgot over there...
Never mind if it's not easy... it's just curiosity...
And I thought the Charly that you were talking about, was the same Charly that I was in contact to... So I kinda mess things up.... And ended up without an escort boat... hihihihi
Maururu for all your help....
nana =)

The depth is amazing. Look at how little time seperates those guys. In the solo there's like 1/2 hour between 1 and 10.
