oc1 hurricane repair

I did a pretty good job of jacking up my canoe today and am looking for someone in SoCal capable of doing a quality repair on a Hurricane OC1. Had one helluva good day out and caught some nice surf but paid the price with a lateral crack through all layers of the deck, seam to seam about 2ft forward of the drain plug and another just aft of the seat at the neoprene pad. Ouuuchhh what a freakn horrible end to a good day!

Anyway… I’d like to get back on the water ASAP so if anyone can point me to a repair guy local to SoCal/Dana Pt…. I’d be appreciative!

Not to stir up some old crap but I went through with voting my pocket book when poops got dissed by Boataid, and had my Kaimana restored and fixed by Sam Couch from Newport Beach NAC. Give them a call at (949) 246-2538
Him and the guys did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. My boat looks brand new and I highly recommend their work.
