Nigerian Naira is currently at 0.00852 (or less than one cent). Works out to about $25,500. If you can find a good woman (has to paddle) and it only ends up costing that, I'd call it a smoking deal.

Paddling is not listed as a pre-marital requisit in Nigeria, neither for him, nor for her.
