rooms available in O'ahu's best house for paddling*

Three rooms are available in a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, house on Pinky's Canal in Kailua.

Perfect location for paddlers to train.
Five minute paddle down to the opening of the canal.
Thirty minute paddle to Kailua Beach Park.
Ideal for training in the early morning or late at night because the canal is well lit.
Also ideal for training in the surf.

Plenty of storage for canoes or surfboards.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood with a pool and around the corner from beach access.

Please PM me for more information.
Thank you.

*I know that there may be better houses for paddling on O'ahu... but this house is pretty ideal.

One-half of a room, (you'll be sharing with me) available in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in Seattle.

PERFECT location for paddlers to train.
Thirty minute drive to Lake Washington.
Three hour drive to the ocean.
Ideal for training year-'round because of the 36 degree air temp, and 42 degree water temp.
Oh, and did I mention the rain?

No storage for canoes or surfboards.
The house is in a quiet neighborhood and all the neighbors dogs go kukae on the lawn.

Please PM me for more information.
Thank you.

*I know that there may be better houses for paddling in Seattleā€¦ but I really need some cash.

I noticed that you said rooms and not bedrooms. Does this mean the living room and bathroom?

Does renting a room in the house allow you to jump the 3-4 month wait for a Pueo? That's what everyone really wants to know.

does renting a room grant access to any boats stored there?

Actually the garage and the living rooms are taken---
I would offer up use of the canoes there... but i dont actually own any of them, and any Pueos or Va'a that are in the yard will be leaving shortly, along with the occupants of the 3 bedrooms...

But we are still looking for one more person to occupy the last bedroom... and it really is a bedroom. So if anybody knows of anybody.....
