Do you know how old you have to be to race it? because i really want to race it next year. i would race it this year, but i don't think i've had enough one man experience to do it. And can oc1s do changes too?

its from hawaii kai boat ramp to magic island. so a good size race i think. heres a link to the flier on ocp:
