Kaneohe Paddling

Anybody here paddle in Kbay? The paddle from kualoa beach park to heeia Kea Pier seems like a pretty nice run.

Howzit Kanu37

How long does it usually take you to make the run to heeia pier? I usually go down that side in my boat to fish for papio and i see a few people from time to time. Im suprised that more people dont make that run.

I leave from my house which is down by the kualoa ranch fish pond, then I go up behind chinamans hat and then across to heeia and back. It can take anywhere from from an hour to a tad bit longer depending on the weather and if I stop here and there to ask myself "why did I do this"!!! If there are waves it is so fun.

Next time you are around, stop by our house, you cant niss it..our house has the sailing canoes in the back yard!

awesome pic of the sailing canoe. BTW do you live at the very end of Kualoa beach park, the house with the beach volleyball court in front?

Go the other way..We are down by the fishpond in Hakipu'u.
No volleyball courts, but several sailing canoes, canoe molds and two little dogs running around in the back yard.

Get ready, for when the west wind blows, it is a fun and amazing run from Kualoa Chinaman's Hat to either Kaneohe Yacht Club or Kokokahi Pier. Have a blast.

South Bay Blast
Just pau one run from Kaneohe Beach Park to Marine Base Gate. Good fun and no need worry about being blown out to sea like in Kailua. I think the guys in the yellow boats too scared for go out. I going check out town now.
