Will it fog in warm conditions, or only in cold water/air conditions?

Seems to fog more in humidy and hot days after constant splashing from ocean. I think on days like this, the temp inside the case is elevated and when it gets splashed condensation forms on the inside of the lens. As soon as you open the case the fogging goes away in a few mins. Same if i put a hole in the case.
