What is the most common paddle width for outrigger paddles?
Is it different for a single, and a 4 or 6 man?
Does the length of the race change the paddle size?
I'm now using a 91/2". I started with my marathon paddle at 83/4". I have difficulty with the 91/2" in upwind conditions but like its power. Curious...LNB

Somewhere between 9" and 10." Right now I'm finding it interesting how SUP paddlers prefer narrower blades, especially narrower at the bottom and wider at the top, just the opposite of Outrigger paddlers.
