Diamond head sprinkler will make it for you. A buddy got one from them. I think it was under 30 bucks or something. Assuming you're on oahu?

what park is holding out on the water and is is county,state, and what [island if here in HI]?

Are you trying to get water as a representative of a club/halau? If so, your club should be able to get some movement on water access through the county. Try reaching a county works office or your legislator. You may be able to get a shower/spigot/manifold built onsite for you.

No. It isn't a water problem. It's more about saving water, for I use the showers for wash down my boat and that really waste a lot of water. But I watch other paddlers just whip out there gizmo, stick it in the ground, turn on the faucet and hose down their equipment using a nozzel so no waste water.
So I like do the same thing, but I'm no "Joe The Plumber" that like go paddle.
Just asking for instructions for where go get all the parts and fittings for make the device?

in contracting I take whatever it is , tap, sink part etc and bring it to the plumbing supply store and ask them to help me out they can tell me what I need and how to put it on . they even draw sketches.
