Leighton Look Fundraiser info (Jan 30 at Ocean Club)
The Jan 16 event has been rescheduled to Sunday, January 30, 2005 at Ocean Club from 5-10pm.

Fundraisers are in progress to help cover the immense medical costs. Donations will be accepted at any First Hawaiian Bank branch, under the "Friends of Leighton Look" account.
Fund-raising race by Kanaka Ikaika - Dec. 4, All proceeds from the race will be donated to the Look family.
Jan. 16, the Hui Lanakila Canoe Club will hold a fund-raising auction at Don Ho's Island Grill. The event is scheduled to run from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
[See all the Comments on Leighton] from the initial report of his accident. Leighton suffered a severe case of the bends (decompression sickness) while diving off of Hawaii Kai.

Since Leighton is a kind of guy who has so many tricks up his sleeve, we should start a internet-a-ton or whatever you call it by pledging monies that will deposited in First Hawaiian Bank - Friends of Leighton Look. Just to make it interesting.....come on everybody......reach deep into your hearts and pocket....joy

I understand Kai BArtlett is donating a nearly new Pegasus. Lauren Spalding is donating a Tiger One man Rudderless she won at a recent race. Peopel will definately want to bew at the auction to support Leighton and bid on some really good stuff, for a very good cause.

Good Job and thank you to Bill Pratt, Les and Teresa, Leland and the rest of the Look Family for a fun filled evening in support for Leighton. The place was so crowded with well wishers. The food was sooooo ono, the auction was such a huge success and everyone had a great time......if you weren't there you sure missed out....maybe they can have another one. Joy
