Paddle in Hawaii

Hi there,
I´m from Brazil and will be in Hawaii on july for a family vacations but I´d like to keep paddling
It will be my first time on the islands
Do you guys know where can I paddle? (OC-1 or OC-6)
Maybe a downwind run
I´ll be in Oahu from July 13 to 18 and maui from July 19 to 25
