Try that place out by the airport (Fiberglass Hawaii?). About a year ago, I bought a 4X6 sheet that's about 2 inches thick from them for about $70+. The scraps I use to insulate the a/c units around the house.

Try oceanohana.com or all Chris1 858-337-1190 he should be able to send you one 4 x18x18 or HUKI.com (http://www.huki.com/store/index.php?main_page=products_new&disp_order=6&...) with Jude 1-916-730-5833.

That sheet of gray foam was 4.5 ft. by 6 ft. and 2 inches thick. Just think how many $100+ seats you can make for less than what it cost for one lousy seat? Of course you got to cut, glue, shape and smooth it to size.

Fiberglass Hawaii sometimes have the 4 inch thick, 4 feet x 6 feet block in stock for around $140. I remember Eckhart mentioned it in another thread about where to get seat foam from.

I actually got my foam block to make my Mantra seat from Huki.com. Back when I got it, they use to sell a 4" x 16" x 24" block of foam on their website. That foam they have is in my opinion much better quality than the other stuff I've seen around.
