OC1 OC6 in Florida Panhandle?

Aloha,
I'm visiting from Maui Hawaii where I paddle and Coach at Hawaiian Canoe Club. I was wondering if anyone in the Gulf Coast paddles OC1 and wouldn't minde taking me out for a lil paddle while i'm down here? We are in full swing of regatta season back home and it would be good to paddle a little bit if i would while i'm away? 808-283-2470 Tim Lara

I live in Niceville, FL and as far as I know I am the only one with a OC1 in this area. I get really weird and perplexed looks when they see it on my truck or on the water. No OC6 here, trust me I've looked. Which is really odd seeing as the weather here is perfect during the spring-fall season. Plus, its near the coast.

I paddle an OC1 and a ski when I visit my son in Gulf Breeze (Pensacola area) the locals have no idea what these are or why I would want to work that hard, it kind of fun.

I grew up in North Florida and went to college in the Panhandle. It's affectionately known as the Red Neck Riviera....and it's called that for a reason. Don't expect to find anything but good oysters, awesome seafood and friendly people....I never saw an oc-1/oc-6 until I moved to the Cali.
