Registering:
You need to register and then login to post messages. It's free and quick.
To Post a new thread/topic click the new forum topic button at the top of the forum page. Alternatively, once you login, you can click the submit link at the top right -- then choose forum topic.
What should be posted here:
Post all questions, personal anecdotes, and general discussion type stuff to the forum. If you have official results, a full article, it can be posted to the front page by emailing keizo@ocpaddler.com. Basically anything goes on the forum (as long as it's somehow related to paddling and not super offensive or slanderous) while the more official news goes on the front page.
