basis of design for "pegasus" oc1?

Does anyone know what are the design ideas behind the new KaiWaa "pagasus" oc1? Hopefully people who participated in the design or are close to Kai and have heard some of these ideas. What makes this boat better than others besides the excellent craftsmanship? It would be cool to discuss these kind of ideas about these new boats coming out. Mahalos for any participation.

the idea of the pegasus was to pretty much make a smaller version of the polaris that surfs great and does well in the flat. i have ridden the pegasus many times in the r&d stages and i like it alot especially in the slop and flat and it surfs really well. the seat height is lower than the other models so using a quarter to a half inch shorter paddle might be needed, but not nessesary.i think it would be a great boat to use in cali, and if you would like to demo one there, it will be in zach's hands soon. contact him at kai wa'a california.
