Hey,
I'm from Hawaii and go to school at the University of Oregon in Eugene. I am starting to miss paddling A LOT and was wondering if anyone knows of any clubs in or around Eugene, or if anyone in or around Eugene is interested in starting a club?

Aloha from da udda side of the state.
Unfortunately, the closest clubsin Oregon all seems be about an equal distance away - Portland (2), Bend, and Pacific City. That's not convenient for an after class paddle, but you might be able hook up with a club over the weekend. The Pacific City and Portland clubs host races throught the summer. In fact, the 1st one is coming up next weekend (the 24th) in Portland on the Willamette River. If you have the time, come check it out! As Zach mentioned, check out the PNW-ORCA web site for details.
