Cutting Glass for underwater video cam housing

I've embarked on this project to design a waterproof video cam housing that can be adapted to fit on any canoe, including an oc-1. It uses a 6" PVC tube with couplings. I need someone to cut a round piece of glass to fit inside of the housing (6" diam.) and some ideas on how to design the mounting piece so that the housing can be adjusted to tilt forward/backward and left/right, just like how a camera/video tripod works.

Does anybody have any suggestions for a glass cutter in Honolulu and/or what materials I could use for the mounting piece?

anyone know who builds housings in hawaii? im going through a company right now called ocean images but they seem to do housings for diving and things... there must be a difference between a dive housing and one used for above water shots right?
