How did you guys like that race? That was the race of the year on Oahu. For those who could not participate, it was a Hawaii Kai run to AlaMoana in 20-40 mph winds with huge ground swells rolling down past Diamond Head. Incredible surfing for a race format. If you missed it you really missed out but I definitely hope we have more races like this one.

Awesome job and congratulations to Bill Pratt, Les Look and the rest of the Look family and friends....and not to forget Kanaka Ikaika for putting on a great race. Oh yes.....we did miss the best race....all I'm hearing is "you guys should have come".....its so good to hear that everybody had so much fun for a really good cause.

Absolutely the best race of the year. I LOVED IT! We caught some huge waves and almost got pounded around diamond head buoy. It was sooooo much fun. Thanks to everyone to paddled and helped out Thanks to Les and Bill, kanaka ikaika and hui lanakila. The ocean sure misses him..... mahalo! See you at at Hui Lanakila's fund raiser on Jan 16th!

:D [b]That was a blast, I was in an OC6 and I'm tellin you it was trying at times, but our steersman SHE kicked ass. Diamond Head was rollin real good, We should all thank the sponsors for some good grinds and for some of us who received shirts.. Mahalo. Leighton we want you better soon.
