Scuba diving, paddling (of course), snorkeling, hiking, camping. Love to cook and eat! Love to do it healthy.
Work nights as a waiter. Sleep for around 5-6 hours then get up and paddle. Good times! Love my life, very happy with what I do and my ohana in my canoe club. Eat 4-5 times a day, drink a lot of fluids (mostly water). Try to avoid beer and coffee but its hard. Those are my 2 vices I guess...
Finally stopped drinking all night and sleeping til noon! Get up early, paddle paddle paddle. Eat healthy and drink a lot of fluids!
