OC-1 Training Plan

Anyone have some good ideas for a thorough OC-1 training plan? I can usually get water time but need to organize a training plan that will have me in shape for the OC-1 season. I have some ideas already but would be glad to hear from those who have some tried and tested training tips.

I can usually hammer away fine in the flat but need to work on my surfing skills. Any tips on surfing would be appreciated as well.

Qpaddler66, if you go to my blog, in the training knowledge section on the front page you will find articles on bump training etc, just scroll through the menu and download the file.
