Mahalo nui to all of the paddlers who participated in this year's race! Under sunny skies, the Pailolo Channel delivered a great downwind run. We had 25 crews representing four islands!

Check out Deb Poszar's pictures: http://sports.webshots.com/album/567234051TwDyXJ
Official race photos will be posted at www.coffeesofhawaii.com in a few days.

Congratulations to Team Livestrong & Team Bradley for their 1st place finishes and pocketing $500.

Mahalo nui to all of the canoe clubs of Moloka'i for their hard work getting all of the canoes from Kaunakakai to Hale o Lono or YB. Mahalo to Kukui o Moloka’i for cooking and serving an delicious post-race lu’au.

Of course a BIG MAHALO to the race sponsors Coffees of Hawai'i, Tri-Paddle Maui, Dakine, Pa'ia Fish Market, and Hinano. We couldn't do it without you!

See you all next year!!!

Malama pono,
Kaimana
