Mark Frazier, Alana Goo, undefeated in Kaua'i Race 3 - Jan 30

Sunday's course went from Poipu to Pt. Allen for the long course and Kukuiula Harbour to Pt. Allen. The conditions were light winds coming from the east and we had 50 paddlers entering overall.
In the long course Mark Frazier is holding to the season point lead with his third win of the season. Butch Keahialalo finished 2nd and Hipo Pincena coming in 3rd.
In the Women’s long course Alana Goo is the seasons point leader and won again on Sunday. Melissa Hall is making a move in the standings coming in a strong 2nd and Katy Curtis rounding it out finishing 3rd.
For the Short Course we want to Congratulate Greg Daves for coming in 1st overall for the 2nd race in a row.
In the Women’s Short Course Tracy Lee Capman came in 1st overall, also a second time winner..
We want to send out a Special Congratulations to Beth Carter and Christine Bandsma. (they competed together in the short course in the OC-2 (0C-4?) division and they are both pregnant!
