Maui Nui Canoe Race

Kahana Canoe Club hosted its third annual long distance canoe race, the Maui Nui Canoe Race this weekend. The race course encompassed three islands, three days with about 100 miles of paddling. The race started on Friday, October 18, 2013 from Maliko Bay, Maui to Puko'o, Moloka’i, and resumed Saturday from Puko'o to Hulopoe Bay, Lana’i and the final leg, Sunday from Hulopoe Bay to Hanaka'o'o Beach, Ka’anapali.
