LANIKAI COLDPACK CLASSIC

Where: Lanikai Beach at Kailoena Dr. and Mokulua Dr. beach access
COURSES: Subject to change with weather
SHORT – Approximately 3.5 miles inside Lanikai reef and the Mokulua Islands.
LONG – Weather pending: From Lanikai Canoe Club paddling site, the course heads towards Waimanalo to Wailea Point, then rounds the Mokulua Islands and Flat Island, then finish back at LCC paddling site (appx. 5.5 miles).
KEIKI –Ages 12 and under. Approx. ¼ mile. Course will be just off the beach. Knock out format so Keiki may race more than once. We will recognize age categories depending on participation. There will be some GECKO kids OC-1 provided by Paddle Sports International available to loan for Keiki without canoes.
EXTRA KEIKI FUN – Post Keiki race there will be a Keiki Grom lifeguard flag grabbing competition. Kids should love it. Be sure to come early and support the future! Keiki prizes from Island Snow.
REGISTRATION: Begins at 7:30 a.m. @ Lanikai Canoe Club halau

9:30 a.m. - Keiki races
10:45 a.m. – WOMEN’S LONG AND SHORT COURSE
12:00 p.m. – MEN’S LONG AND SHORT COURSE
1:30 p.m. - Lunch & Awards
DIVISIONS: OC-1, OC-2, SUP, Surfski.
Men and Women race separately. Novice, Juniors, age groups (18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+), Open. (OC-2 divisions - add ages and divide by two for your category). Mixed OC-2 races with the men. Father and Child OC-2 (Child must be 10 years or under in age) races with the women.
ENTRY FEE: $20 (Keiki free) and a Cold Pack of your favorite beverage for the canoe cooler
