Kala'iomalulani 6man Canoe race

May 7 2011 6:00 am
Pacific/Honolulu
Event Description:

The 12th annual pre-season Kala'iomalulani Canoe Race will be another pre-season teaser. The 2010 race was a success and we're predicting the same in 2011. The Long Course will start in Kailua and finish at He'eia Kea Pier. The Short Course will start at He'eia Kea Pier, will continue toward Kualoa and back into Kahalu'u Pier (weather permitting for both courses). The short course will be for the womens, juniors and mixed crews. Don't forget the "'Ono" food Keahiakahoe is know for. We would like to extend an open invitation to all canoe clubs who may be interested in taking part in this highly competitive race.

We will invite all clubs to bring down the juniors in their clubs to join in the Keiki Race to be held at the Keahiakahoe Canoe Club race site. Registration is a small $50 per crew and also includes awards and lunch.
