Aloha! I'm looking for a seat for Na Wahine O Ke Kai. I don't want to miss the 35th anniversary crossing!
I've been paddling for 18 years, and I've done the last 15 Molokai races. Currently, I am paddling with Dana Outrigger in southern California. I sit 2-5, and I occasionally jump in as a relief stroker. I can race open, 40's, and, as of this year, 50's. I've jumped in with crews several times before, so I have experience blending with unfamiliar paddlers.

I'm trying to help a friend find an available escort boat for Na Wahine O Ke Kai. Their crew is having difficulty finding one for the race as they are coming from Australia. It's an open women's crew that's been training all year for this race and it would be great to set them up with an escort that has navigated the channel before. Aussie women's crew are hiring a beautiful canoe for both the Pailolo Challenge and Na Wahine O Ke Kai Molokai Race. It is a new Mirage but unfortunately doesn't have a canvas or hoops. Putting an sos out to borrow or hire a set of covers and hoops for a M2 canoe or even a M1 and we can tape the back up!? Please let me know if you can help us out. We are looking forward to paddling in your beautiful waters.
