Guests and spectators are welcome. Extra t-shirts and lunch tickets will be available.

The Mayor’s Cup New York City Kayak Championship is an elite paddlesports race around Manhattan Island. This 26.7 mile marathon race is one of North America’s premier paddle sports event and soon to be New York City’s largest water event. The Mayor’s Cup will draw some of the world’s and the regions most accomplished paddlers while raising money and awareness for the region’s most vigilant environmental group Riverkeeper. This event has elite classes as well as enthusiast classes and all talented paddlers are welcome to participate.

Maine Outrigger / Surfski Championships to be held in the beautiful Casco Bay region of the central Maine coast , one of the worlds most beautiful coastlines. The format for the race will be point to point , downwind or "downeast" as they say around here. The course will be 15 miles long . This race is destined to be come a classic. If it`s hot where you live in June come to Maine and cool off. The race T shirts are really cool and the prize table at the finish line will have lots of unique stuff from Hawaii. Entry fee: $50.
