My canoe has found its way home. It was stolen by an unknown group of people, current police case pending. Apparently these people have 8 other canoes.
It was traded or sold to some fellow paddler that notified the Kai Waa Canoe Reps looking for Iakos and a seat.
This threw red flags for the Kai Waa rep contacted me.

Long story, short: I picked up the canoe last night.

There was no damage to the canoe but it was stripped of all decals, plugs were removed and the bungee cargo ropes where swapped out with a different color rope.

My girlfriend and I are looking at buying an OC-2. We are both around 135 pds and want something for open ocean and racing but still stable enough for our teenager girls to use. What's the best choice. I am hearing Tempest but have not tried one yet?

Exact location to be determined 4 days before the Fun Run and will be based on forecasted weather conditions. The Ocean Playground Shuttle has been reserved. Shuttle will meet us @ 9 am to load up at chosen finishing point then drop us off at the start.

HVA is pre paying to reserve the shuttle but each paddler must bring pay their own shuttle fare of $10. Paddlers are required to make arrangements for their own canoe as HVA will not be providing canoes. The shuttle is able to hold 17 canoes/paddlers and is first come first served. After that paddlers will have to set up their own rides.

I just lost my QuickBlade paddle, left it on the grass at Kaimana after the PA'A Toys for Tots Race... I had a friend check to see if it was there not too long after but we think someone already picked it up. Any info would help, call
