If on Oahu this Saturday and looking to redeem your finish of the solo or warm up for the Molokai relay, Hui Nalu is offering a long course (Makai to Hawaii Kai, & Short off Hawaii Kai to Aina Haina and back) $27 adults, $15 juniors. Lunch, visor, silent auction too!! Short course will also host a six man race too along with all the usual water crafts.
Registration at 7, at the bath house.

Why is the surfski Molokai solo so expensive to register for compared to the one-man Molokai solo? The surfski race is $115-$215 more than the one-man race. It looks to me like both races offer the same amenities.

My prediction for the men.

I am torn between Danny and Kai, especially with the smaller conditions.

I like both for different reasons.

Danny has a win under belt and is super fit.

Kai is a machine and competitor and once he starts marching and getting in the zone in the channel-watch out.
