Hoot Hoot!

Hoot Hoot!

PPP - AKA Pueo's Pa'a Predictions

  1. Jeremy Austin III (Jimmy Austin) - One of my biggest fan's so I have to throw him some seed, in all seriousness though he can surf like no other and turf like no other as well. Lets just say this, he's not as ripped as my other Kamanu boys.

Solo

As I watch the forecast unfold on windguru I'm wondering how many people will chance a rudderless in this year's race. Will we see the first V-1 crossing in the modern paddling era? Is young boy Will going to make a run?

Boat Ranking...by fun through performance

There are only a couple things that I know, and one of those things got me thinking.....the dollar will continue to get weaker and OIL is going to sky rocket. Eventually I won't be able to afford to drive cause gas prices are so high. Since I won't be driving and I'll spend more time in the ocean I focused on which canoes offer me the most fun on the water. Here are a list of the boats that I have used extensively and my ranking of them by fun and performance on the water. All these are with the element of surf in the picture.

  1. Polaris
  2. Fusion

O'ahu - Moloka'i trailer for Pa'a Solo

We are trying to decide whether to send a 2nd trailer for the solo, but don't have enough canoes at the moment. If we can get somewhere around 5 more canoes to commit, then we're going to go ahead. The price will be determined by how many people we get on the trailer and will be in the range of $100.
We will be loading on Monday. Please private message me if you're interested.

ECLIPSE OC1 Feedback

Hello
I'm interested on getting some feedback on the ECLIPSE OC1 made by S.I.C. on Maui. Has anyone paddled these canoes? How are they?, etc. Thanks!

Aloha Kendall Struxness - UPDATE ON INFORMATION REGARDING THE MEMORIAL SERVICE

It is with a heavy heart that I share that our dear friend Kendall has been called home. He was a son, brother and amazing friend who taught us all the true meaning of courage. See you on the other side boo. I am so proud to call you my friend.

Check out this trailer of beyond the reef. kendall had stage 4 colon cancer and refused to stay back, being the warrior he is, he paddled with his crew to the Hawaiian northwest islands.
