Ryan races for Olympics today

If you are interested in watching Ryan at Olympic trials today check out the live feed. Ryan can seal his seat for the 2012 Olympics today by winning the K-1 200m. Cheer for Ryan to qualify or you will have to race him in regatta season. His heat is at 9:00am Hawaii time, and I believe the final is at 1:00pm Hawaii time. Kaua'i World Challenge Trailer

We've got a couple of last minute spots opened up on the KWC trailer. We're loading tomorrow morning at Kamanu Composites for a Friday afternoon arrival on Kaua'i. The best part is that the shipping is free... and I don't think it's too late to register for the race. So, if you're on the fence about whether to do it, get off the fence and register! Just kidding, but it is a great race so it would be nice to get a full outer-island contingent over to support it.
Email luke@kamanucomposites.com to reserve one of the last spots. Thanks guys,

Ivan's escort service

Ivan Shigaki is my hero. Not only did he arrange for my escort boat at a reasonable price, but when my first escort had mechanical problems on friday after being 10 miles out of Portlock he arranged for a backup within 10 minutes. On top of that my gear already on the escort got transferred to another boat on the way over and arrived in time on my backup ready for the race. Unbelievably cool.

Another Container from Tahiti: Rudderless V1 and V3's

As with the last container I am open to bringing in other things paddlers might need/want from Tahiti. Jc09, still need iato's and ama? Anyone want a V6?
