How do I ship 1mans to Maui? I know there are containers, trailers, and platforms. Which is the cheapest if I do not have a trailer? How do I pack them so they dont get damaged?

Thought I would let you all know: This Sunday night @ 7:30pm our TV special of the 2011 Na Wahine O ke kai will be airing in Hawaii on channel 16. You can also watch it on line live at www.oc16.tv We will be airing it on our national show on the universal sports network in a few weeks I will update as we get closer.
So after nearly a year of emails, skype calls, 2 trips to tahiti and 4 to Oahu… the container of Fai3, ARE, Timi, Tama Tahitian designed/built V1's and Fai V3's finally arrived September 17th and cleared customs last week.
Almost all the Va'a were pre-ordered as I just consolidated the order/container. However, as a special treat, Joe threw in a few extra V1's for me to demo in Hawaii/Cali and eventually sale.
Not sure how well this will work out. I know that my phone won't work for parts of the race, but going to try this out. Never done tweeting before. Found out it is really easy to set up though. I am going to try to tweet what I see from Beachboys second crew and I have someone that will be tweeting from our first crew.
