If you’ve ever wanted to not only see the Na Pali Coast, but paddle it, then this is the clinic as it is normally the only time you can safely paddle it. This will be an OC6 clinic suitable for all level of paddler. The clinic is scheduled so that you can optionally race the Na Pali Challenge (not included in the clinic cost) on Saturday August 13th which is a change race consisting of a team of 6 men and 6 women alternating shifts.

Looking to rent an OC-1 for this years Olukai race on Maui. Please message me if you'd be willing to rent one. Much Mahalo!!

Because of the surf advisory, the short course will do 2 laps on a course straight out of Haleiwa harbor for about 1.2 miles. This will be about a 5 mile course. The long course may do 2 larger laps, taking a right at the short course turn buoy for an unspecified distance. The women may also be required to race with the short course, even if you some women are designated as “long course”. It’s all safety precautions – surf pending. Will send any further updates as needed.

I am paddling a Huki OC2 with a 13 year old girl. I am a golden master paddler. She is much shorter than I and I'm asking if anyone has any advice on how to match our stroke given that our arm lengths and paddles are not matched. It seems to me that my reach is much longer than hers and that subsequently - if we are in sync. - which we are - our paddle speeds during the power phase will be much different. Question: Is this really an important issue to address, and if so how. Second question: I sit in the front seat because I am much heavier. Is this an important factor re. hull trim.
