Dont know who this paddler is... pic was on facebook showing a OC1 paddler bringing in the guy who lost his feet from recent tiger shark attack. There were two OC1 paddlers who helped that swimmer in that day...
I think this is beastmode! would you stop, jump off your canoe and help a guy getting attacked by a shark? I sure hope so
My short video of Mooloolaba Open men steered by Karel Jr, escort by Karel Senior. Guys finished 6th overall an awesome achievement. Video is on Vimeo link below. http://tinyurl.com/pa3at2q
ALLOOOOOHHHHAAAAA!!!!! EVERYBODY SHOULD BE EXCITED FOR NEXT WEEKEND
Lots of local teams have been looking solid. It should be an exciting year. I'm excited to see the Kona boys throw down again this year. I honestly feel they are our best group of guys at the moment, alongside with Hui Nalu, Lanikai, Outrigger, and PRIMO. We have some solid guys man, good to see local braddahs training with each other.
I am very interested on setting up a sail on a OC4.
I am thinking on an old 6 sqm windsurf rig (triangular sail).
Any one has some experience about?
- How to fix the rig to te hull?
- is it possible to sail both directions (with the ama upwind ??)
- until which angle is is possible to sail upwind?
