Recommendations for Thule rack for Tacoma

Just bought a new truck. Need to get racks for 1 man. I see the Thule racks that fit into the track system for Tacoma bedliner and was wondering if they sell them as a set of two or can I buy one rack only? Where can I get them on Oahu? Any help or guidance is appreciated
thanks

Anyone know anywhere that can repaint and repair oc1's? I have an old Makani that needs a little work. I was thinking bout checking out a couple boat repair places. Anyone got any tips?

OC2 - weight distribution

Hi. I'm about to start OC2 training with a team mate for a race in spring 2010. Is there a consensus of opinion about where the heavier paddler should sit in an OC2? Or is this really dependent on the canoe? Any specific things we should think about to nail where we should sit would be appreciated. We're both new to this - though have done a few OC6 races already so plenty for us to learn.

Many thanks
