Wow, just checking to see if this race will actually go off. The Surf Forecast for Mavericks is 30-40' waves. Will they actually run this race, if so, could be awesome for racers. I hear they run in almost any conditions in this series. Hope somebody takes pictures and video.

G'day Paddlers

The month of April is big here in
Australia for OC6 racing. On April 10/11th we are holding the Australian Marathon Titles at Mooloolaba OCC. This is a 6person Iron race of around 12-14 miles(16-20km). There is also a short course division.
Men and women race separately. The second day is made up of OC12 and mixed races. The course is held in the open ocean.
The next Saturday, 17 April, is the GOLD COAST CUP, a 43 km change-over race, held by Northcliffe OCC.

All boats and equipment relating to the business will go as a package .

I paddle OC-6 and my coach suggested I work on feeling the boat. He mentioned sometimes I work so hard it gets in the way with feeling the boat. Does anyone else have this issue? Honestly I really have no idea what he is talking about so I just keep paddling hoping one day the mystery will be solved. Any clues?
