I think its strange that nobody is commenting on Johnnys new boat or the new pueo either? Normally theres a lot more feedback. What gives guys??

Where can I find products for tradiitonal lay down paddle boarding. I am not into SUP, even though everyone lese seems to be these days.

I want long distance paddle board, not a surfing long board. Anyone seen Chasing Mavericks. That is the kind of board I am looking for.

Any one had much time on the new ama ?

I got a great deal on an OC-1 and am loving it. Unfortunately, my job is taking me to the east coast. I've already found paddling clubs over there, but I'm trying to figure out how to get my OC-1 there.

Work is giving me a moving stipend, and the canoe and my car are the only big items, so I'm not renting a container.

Is there a way I could piggy back on some manufacturer's shipments?

Any advice is appreciated.

Im very interested in these paddles I have yet to use one but have heard great things about them. I had originally planned on picking up a makana alii but coach les hasn't picked up his phone and if he doesn't want the business then oh well.
Just wonding what your guys experiences are with the Kai Ko'o papio blade.
also wondering if the carbon fiber sheet is for strength or weight on the back because my preferance has always been full wood.

FEEDBACK GREATLY APPRECIATED! I'm fairly new to paddling. However, I have a long endurance sport resume, but primarily built on ironman triathlons and ultramarathons.

I did my first OC1 race last weekend on my three month old Scorpius XM. I consider myself in good shape, and have worked hard on my paddling technique. Midway through the race I noticed that I was doing about three strokes, to everybody else's two strokes and moving at the same speed. Something just seemed off.

I got my new Hurricane, here in Vancouver BC, this summer. What a great boat! I've been paddling it week in, week out.

However, now that the temperatures are dipping (-1 degree C today), you guys in the warm waters can't even imagine this, my feet, sitting in their little puddles in the foot wells, are getting mighty cold.
