Hello,

Does anyone have any good ideas for an OC1 Design, I'm not talking shape or weight. I am wanting a simple design, no bright colors, etc. Something cool though. I was using Hukis boat design feature and they have a vanguard with a carbon tip with black hawaiian inlay (bow) over a white hull. Thanks for your inputs.

Dear OC Paddler Community-

I know from reading various posts that all here have differing opinions about the proper size, stability, build, etc. of an OC1. As someone who paddled OC6 for a while, I somehow never had the time and money to paddle OC1. Now that I work all the time, I'm never available to paddle with the team but would like to start on my own each early a.m. I can now buy my own OC1!!!! (I guess working all the time paid off somehow?). However, I'm not sure what to get??? I'm 5'3", female and keep looking boats like the Pegasus. Anyone out there have outstanding reasons why they love their OC1 or some advice? Thanks all!

Just wondering if I'm paddling wrong (technique) or if it's normal. My shoulders have been really sore lately. Are there any remedies out there? Massage or topical? Mahalo for any feedback.

Hey….any one out there have a weight training regime to get ready for the first spring paddle? Looking for something that includes weights as well as cardio conditioning…..cant seem to find a complete work out or one to build from….cheers all :)

any tips or ideas for 32 mile relay race from puako on the big idsnd to the honokaa harbor? never done a relay and im looking fo any and all advice.

Looking to give away a nice boat trailer about 21' long in Northern California to a good canoe club. With a little work this trailer could be configured to carry a bunch of OC-1 canoes or whatever for a club. Call me for details.
