Our club has a Kaku Elua OC-1 which was donated to our Na Opio program for use by our keiki. Unfortunately, the iakos are missing. If anyone knows where we can get a set of iakos for it, please let me know. If you have a set and could trace them on paper and send the paper to me, it would help us make a set. Mahalo!!!

I am looking for advice on moving from ocean touring with kayaks to an OC1. I have to get rid of back pain and sitting up with my knees bent is beter for me. Thoughts.

Does anybody know what the current rates are for renting a canoe (oc1/ski) for the Molokai solo and also what to expect for the Maui to Molokai (Pailolo channel race)? Shipping cost not included.

Has anyone ever repainted their canoes? are boat colors normally added to the gelcoats? or are the boats actually painted with some kinda marine/polyurethane based paint?

I ordered this Scorpius from Kai to replace the exact same boat. It has only been used on 4 runs! We are moving off island and unfortunately this needs to go.
