I read the rules on http://molokaihoe.org/ and was looking for the final decision on crew jerseys and enforcement for this year's race. As we know last year there was a lot of confusion about the expectations for what crews needed to wear. The main issue- Was is the rule the same jersey for each member-meaning if long sleeve then everyone has long sleeve or sleeveless then every paddler on crew sleeveless?? Or is it same color and design but sleeve length doesn't matter??

I've heard a diet rich in fats would aid endurance events.First teach your body to burn fat as fuel then provide it all the fat it can handle.My favorite prerace meal is steak cooked in bacon grease,eggs,2 cups of strong cowboy coffee served in a tin cup,and a couple of candy bars as desert.Any thoughts?

Hello everyone

there have been a series of mysterious deaths of pufferfish in kaneohe bay reciently. I am forwarding information about this knowing that alot of you paddle in Kbay. If you see any freshly dead, dying or visibly distressed pufferfish, here is some contact #'s to people that are trying to study the cause. below the numbers i will also attach the latest that they have found about this.

There is collection information, and what to look for and do if you come upon a sick, or dying puffer, visual signs and so forth, at the bottom on this post.

What you guys think is a some good color matches for a OC1 boat.

Aloha friends, I thought you would like to know, the segment on the Pa'a Eono Hoe will start airing Monday July 5th on Ocean Paddler TV, channel 16 at 8:30pm. The show will air all month.
